Hills International College graduates from the Class of 2016 excelled in the Queensland Core Skills Test (QCST), and in the attainment of Overall Position (OP) data. The graduates produced outstanding QCST results, with 53.6% of students achieving an A or B result (compared with 45.0% across the state of Queensland). Furthermore, 94.7% achieved an A, B, or C grade compared to 79.3% across the state, which then had a very positive impact upon OP results.

Overall Position results were especially pleasing, with 100% of graduates achieving an OP between 1 and 16. The reportable data OP 1-15 at Hills international College shows that 90.5% of graduates achieved this OP score, compared to approximately 81% of candidates across the state of Queensland.

Whilst this data does not give a full indication of the breadth and depth of the quality of holistic education that occurs at Hills International College, it does reflect the high standards expected, and attained, by students at the College and the fine teaching and learning that occurs each school day at The College.

I extend my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the students, teachers, and families of the Class of 2016.
